Currently, Chinese food is easily found in every corner of the world, and it has became an impressive and influential symbol of Chinese culture.
This month, XMandarin hold a cooking class again, students from all over the world joined together and learned about the Chinese cuisine culture. We tried to cook our own dishes and make dumplings as well.
Chinese cuisine pays attention to color, aroma and taste. Ingredients, cutting technique, heat control and flavoring are very important steps. Chef Mark showed us his exquisite cutting technique.

We also had a dumpling making competition. 3 girls won the prize because their dumplings looks very pretty!

It was a really interesting experience for both students and the school staff. Everyone enjoyed this new way to find their new potential.
